Patient 45 years referred to our clinic with dental caries temporary upper jaw right canine (tooth 53), which led to a significant disruption of the occlusion and necrosis of the pulp.
On ortopantomogrammu revealed impacted permanent canine (tooth 13) and minimal support for the roots of the temporary canine (53) in the absence of periapical defects. The patient insisted on a rapid decision and aesthetic problems.
